Delivery Areas & Timelines
Same-Day Delivery (within 2–3 hours)
- Available in: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman
- Cut-off time: Place your order before 9:00 PM to receive it the same day.
Next-Day Delivery
- Available in: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain
Important Note:
Delivery times may vary slightly on weekends or during public holidays.
Shipping Fees
- Free Delivery on orders 300 AED or more
- 30 AED Flat Rate for orders below 300 AED
Order Process & Tracking
- Order Confirmation: You’ll get a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed.
- Out for Delivery: We’ll notify you as soon as your package is on its way.
- Live Tracking: Easily track your order with the link we provide in email.
Delivery Guidelines
- Age Verification (18+): You must 18+ to receive the product.
- Discreet Packaging: All packages come in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.
- Where We Deliver: Across the UAE.
- Where We Don’t: We do not ship outside the UAE or to P.O. Boxes.
Failed Deliveries & Reshipments
- 1st Attempt: Free of charge.
- 2nd Attempt: AED 10 fee if the recipient is unavailable.
- After 2 Attempts: The order will be canceled and refunded (excluding shipping fees).
